Our Mission

To collect and preserve mementos and information on the local history of Waldoboro.
To establish and maintain a library of books, genealogy files, and manuscripts on the historical subjects of Waldoboro.
To promote the marking of historical sites and to maintain a historical museum.
To encourage the study and love of the history of the area historically known as Broad Bay, now called Waldoboro.
To provide a congenial environment in which people who are devoted to these subjects may find fellowship and derive motivation.
